Rental Information
Thank you for your interest in reserving the Gregson Hall at the Stonewall Jackson Volunteer Fire Department for your event. Below is general information regarding rentals for the facility for special events.
Deposit
$350 (refundable) deposit due at time of contract, plus a $80 (non-refundable) cleaning fee
Rental Fees
$850 (based on 8 hr. rental including set-up, event and clean-up time). Additional hours are $100.00/per hour. Please contact us for other rental rates. Payment of the rental fee is due 14 days prior to your event.
General Rental Information
Rental fee includes rental space, use of the kitchen (stove, oven and refrigerator) and bathrooms. Rectangular (10ft.) tables and folding chairs are also available for use. Set up is not included or available. Floor cleaning services will be provided at the conclusion of your event with the exception of all food and/or decorations brought into the hall. The hall must be left in the state is was rented to receive full refund. The hall may be rented until 11:00 pm.
If you would like your event to include alcohol, you must obtain a banquet license from the Virginia Alcohol Control Board (www.abc.va.us). Stonewall Jackson Volunteer Fire Department will not be responsible for obtaining the license or any fees associated with the license for your event. The license must be on the premises during your event and copy submitted to the Gregson Hall Coordinator five (5) days prior to the event.
