The Stonewall Jackson Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, based just north of Manassas, VA, has proudly served the citizens of Prince William County since April 1971. The department is dedicated to the preservation of life and property through education, quality emergency medical care, and effective fire suppression and hazard mitigation.

Like Looking for a Needle in a Haystack DECEMBER 11 - 11 December 2011. It was almost noon on a Sunday. Crew A was on weekend duty. It had been a fairly uneventful weekend; that was until Engine 511 and Ambulance 511 are dispatched to the Manassas National Battlefield Park to an injury for a rider that fell off of a horse.
